    •  2 or 3 customized training plans lasting 6 or 4 weeks each (to cover 12 continuos weeks)
    • An initial assessment and consultation (up to 45 minutes): climbing and training background, goals, equipment, weekly availability, etc.
    • Physical assessment of major muscle groups and finger strength through simple self-administered tests

    • 1 follow-up 30 minute video call at the half-way point, with video analysis options
