This one-on-one conversation will allow you to dive deeper into training insights with comprehensive explanations of exercises and climbing approaches. Sharing your progress or any difficulties from your training and climbing is extremely helpful for adjusting the direction of your plan to better fit your daily life. You can also share videos of climbing movements, outdoor projects, or exercise forms for more personalized feedback.
