    1:1 Video Call with Coach Simone

    A strong relationship between a coach and an athlete is built on good communication. This one-on-one conversation will allow you to dive deeper into training insights with comprehensive explanations of exercises and climbing approaches. Sharing your progress or any difficulties from your training and climbing is extremely helpful for adjusting the direction of your plan to better fit your daily life. You can also share videos of climbing movements, outdoor projects, or exercise forms for more personalized feedback.

    This session is helpful for:

    • Deeper Plan Explanation: Detailed discussion on the form and execution of each exercise, training approach, rest periods, periodization, and progression.

    • Outdoor Projecting:  Strategies and approaches for climbing performance, including movement analysis, climbing rhythm, conditions, and skin management. Get insights on breaking down your project, from executing single moves to developing sending tactics. Learn how to prepare for a flash or onsight attempt and how to maintain focus during multi-day or multi-season projects.

    • Rescheduling: Adjusting climbing goals, planning climbing trips, managing weekly time availability, and optimizing equipment use.

    • Video Analysis: In-depth review of board climbing, technical drills, lead routes, bouldering, exercise form, and outdoor project attempts or sends.



    Your training plan will be displayed and accessible from your phone or device through the Evolution Fit Club App, where you will be given your training plan updated each 4-6 weeks. When you open the app, your exercises will be neatly organized into days for each week, saving you time and giving you an easy guide to follow. As well, you can see animated tutorials of each exercise, and explanations and muscle-group diagrams.
